For one, you’ll be able to get a better holiday rate. Secondly, you’ll be able to bag yourself one of the better hotels. A lot of the hotels will book up quickly with weddings, so get your foot in the door early!
The UK is full of picturesque locations, you just need to find one that’s going to suit you. Whether it be a traditional church wedding, or something a little more alternative, the UK has it. Unlike with Hawaii, you also have the weather to contend with. With the UK, weather can be touchy. To ensure the best weather, book your wedding during the months of June to August. You’ve at least got a 50/50 chance of being able to have a dry day. Plus, there’s a lot less to plan for a UK wedding. All you need is a church and a hotel close by! Then it’s all about smaller details, such as sending out the invitations. Cyprus has long been a favorite with people who are looking to get married somewhere hot, and somewhere idyllic. It’s a beautiful country. Most of the hotels are set up to cater for wedding parties. When the sun is shining down on you, and you have the sea in the background, it really is a lovely experience to be a part of. Compared to somewhere like Hawaii, you won’t have to really pay a penny. Your guests can get a nice little holiday out of it, and you can have some of the most beautiful memories to take away with you. Again, you really do need to try and book in advance, and preferably as a group. You want to all stay at the same hotel, and if there’s a big group of you, this isn’t always going to be possible. Protaras, Ayia Napa, and Paphos are all geared up to cater for wedding parties. Most of the hotels line the beach, and all of them are pretty luxurious. If you wanted, you could always extend your stay a week or two longer and have it as a little honeymoon for you and your partner!
