Best Coffee Shops in Chicago

Blog work always trickles into the weekend, and I always find that working from home makes me stir crazy. Coffee shops have always been my go-to “office” space, and today, I’m sharing a few of my favorites!

Colectivo Lincoln Park

Do you see this outdoor patio?! Colectivo is my favorite place to go when the sun’s out, the weather is just right, and when I just want to hang outside all day. Outlets are pretty easy to find here, and they’re open till 10, so you’ve got all the time you need. It definitely gets crowded pretty quickly, so I’d recommend getting her early if you can.

Eva’s Cafe in Old town

I think Eva’s Cafe is the cutest, quaintest, and coziest coffee shop in old town. They also have really comfortable chairs (a huge plus for me) and the BEST breakfast sandwiches. Because it’s so quiet, this is where I go when I really need to concentrate.

Caffe Streets Wicker Park

All I can say is I love their lavender lattes. No question that their coffee is delicious, and they also have some great pressed juices if you’re into that too! Space in here is a little tight and it fills up quite fast, but if you get there a little early, it’s a great atmosphere to work in.

Haven Lounge Wicker Park

A part of The Den Theatre, this coffee shop features Dark Matter Coffee and yummy pastries & more from Goddess and the Grocer. Super comfy seats make it perfect for a longer work day, and it’s definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in the city.

Maison Marcel Lake View

If you haven’t noticed, we always share photos of Masion Marcel on our Instagram, hah. But how could we not?!This gorgeous french cafe has fresh food, amazing coffee, and it is such a chic & relaxing environment to work in. I could stay here all day.
